Here are some of the best blog posts from the week of October 16- 22. It has been really great to read everyone’s Ultimate Blog Challenge posts this week. I am so impressed that everyone is still cranking away toward getting 30 posts done by October 31. You’ll notice that I’m playing a bit of catch up too.
Without further ado, here are some of my favorite posts from last week:
Every time I go to a live event or conference, my business grows. I just got back from the fabulous Diva Toolbox conference where I met some wonderful people and made some great connections that will boost my visibility for the next year. Wendy Santiago wrote a great article in her blog this week highlighting her 3 Rules for In-Person Networking
I think one of the reasons that people don’t go to networking events is that they are afraid of “failing” – having people not like them or coming home empty handed. My Web Gal wrote an excellent post this week about how to overcome your fear of failure.
Moving over to virtual networking and my favorite topic – social media… My Social Media Manager Profits partner, Rachel Strella recently had another blog post published in the Social Media Examiner. Rachel’s post was all about how Social Media evens the playing field between small and big businesses.
Have you ever found yourself wanting to get started with a new business initiative but you spend too much time in the “I need to get ready to get started” mode, Julie Henderson of “Expect Success Be Unstoppable” wrote and excellent post how to stop getting ready to get ready by getting out of your comfort zone.
I can’t believe that this week is the last week of the blog challenge. Are you falling behind? It’s’ OK… just keep writing. If you would like a little extra inspiration my 10 minute blog post system can help ,
