Big Mistake! As my mentor Adam Urbanski loves to say “you must offer something that others want”. What he means is that it is so much easier to sell a product or service that is already wanted by your clients. You might have a great idea for a new product that you think others really need but need is always harder to sell than want.
So how do you find out what they want? You ask them. Use emails, blog posts, surveys, etc.
