I was recently asked if there is one thing that I have done in my business over this last year to have experienced such rapid growth.
I think that I have had such great success because I have been working with a business coach and participating in a wonderful mastermind. In the video I give you the definition of masterminds according to Napoleon Hill.
Napoleon Hill is the author of such great books as Think and Grow Rich, Law of Success and The Magic Ladder to Success. If you haven't read these books I highly recommend them. His research on the success of early 1900 business tycoons is still extremely valuable today as well as his definition of the mastermind group.
I have been in several masterminds. Some were for business and some for personal growth. Some met in person and some over the phone. ALL of them have been magical! I am totally sold on the power of mastermind groups to keep you on track and help you move forward. 🙂

Hurray for Master Mind groups. And isn’t it interesting that this concept was expounded on by Hill back in the 1930’s and yet it is still so relevant and effective today. Universal truths always withstand the test of time. By the way, the book “The Magic Ladder to Success” was out of print for decades and has been recently reprinted and revised for the 21st century.

A very interesting thing happened this past week. And I’m so excited about it! I asked for some feedback from women business owners on Facebook about the positive experiences they’ve had by participating in a mastermind group. As you may recall, you were one of the awesome gals who chimed right in to sing the praises of masterminds! And others like Nancy Marmolejo, Molly Gordon, and Jane Lee jumped right in, too. I’m just tickled pink to see so many wonderful professionals like you talking about masterminds – openly and fervently on their blogs, in articles, on video, and at social media venues.
No other time have I gotten such an outpouring of positiveness on an issue!

You will never grow your business beyond where you are willing to grow yourself. With that thought in mind, masterminds are a great way to take yourself and your business to the next level. Some mastermind groups have proven more valuable than others in terms of what the leader provided, but the connections I’ve made have been invaluable. Michele was one of them!
