It's official!  Today is the second anniversary of Decisive Minds.  As I look back at the last 12 months it has truly been an amazing year.  As any business owner knows we sometimes describe our businesses as our baby – well I am so pleased to be able to report that my baby did not go through the terrible two's.  I was blessed with the triumphant two's instead.

In 2011 we had our first official 6 figure fiscal year.  We were able to accomplish that because we've been able to help so many  business owners master social media and create thriving businesses. We held two 3-day in person events and created the Global Social Media Managers Association.  We worked with over 100 new clients throughout the year as well.  Our success has been thanks to all of you.

You know it is that time of year when we are starting to dream about the possibilities for 2012. Usually we set huge monetary goals or maybe we say we are going to have 100 speaking engagements but how do we take that from possibility to reality in 2012. This is something I have been working on recently with all of my clients so that they have a clear picture of where they are headed. To be able to accomplish your goals you have to have a clear plan in place.

In December I decided that as a thank you for being part of my amazing year in 2011 I would give a handful of my loyal followers a FREE 30 minute strategy session so that we could work on their business plans together.  I have had the privilege of working with some truly amazing entrepreneurs.  They have really impressed me with their passion and desire to cash in on their expertise.

When I started to think about what I could to celebrate the beginning of my third year in business it was really a no-brainer.  I got with my assistant and we cleared out some more spots in my calendar so I could help a few more passionate business owners, just like you, to figure out what it will take to reach your goals for 2012.

As you know my calendar is really full so the slots available are limited and you have to qualify to get an appointment.  You have to be in a service based business, for example a coach, author, speaker, virtual assistant, etc. and you have to have been in business for at least a year.  Simply send me an email at Michele@DecisiveMinds.com and someone will get back with you to let you know if you were selected for a private session so we can work on your 2012 strategy.
