Well it looks like we have an emerging theme for this week. I found this fabulous video from Seth Godin during which he talks about being average, or mediocre, vs. being a winner. Check it out:
I love that he points out that so many people seem to be happy being mediocre but who chooses mediocre? If you are hiring an employee are you going to choose mediocre?
You have to be remarkable to create positive buzz about your business not mediocre. What are you focused on today that will be remarkable?
