I love when he says “If you care about something you can stand up and lead”. What do you care about? I care about entrepreneurs and small business owners. I hate that so many business owners are failing. It also ticks me off that so many business owners have the ability to grow using free tools such as blogging and social media and they won't take the time to figure out how to do it.
I would like to know what you care enough about that you are ready to stand up and lead?
I am taking a stand for Youth!
I show parents, teachers and youth-serving organizations “how” to empower youth for business, financial and leadership success.
If we won’t stand for children, then we need to take a seat!

I care deeply about LEADERSHIP, or the lack here of! Having been under poor, underdeveloped leadership that was insecure and domineering. I began reading, reading a lot about leadership until I discovered I could speak and even train on it. And that’s exactly what I do. I’m passionate about helping leaders discover their innate personality, skills and gifts to the world, while I catch them doing things right and nail them (nicely of course) when they’re being inconsiderate or self-centered. I guess it’s working too because my leadership clients usually love me. Of course those that give me lip-service and say good leadership matters, but by their actions don’t take it seriously, well they don’t so much – love me that is. Anyway, Seth Godin is right, and Michele’s a great example of building her tribe with her passion!
Sue – that is one of things I absolutely love about you. You are extremely knowledgeable in your field, straight to the point but as sweet as they come. 🙂
