LinkedIn groups are some of the most underutilized business tools available to small business owners. LinkedIn in general is underutilized by business owners.
According to Linkedin there are over 85 million members in over 200 countries. Now I realize that seems like a drop in the bucket compared to Facebook 500 million users but Linkedin gives you a more professional segment of the market. If you are marketing B2B then this is the place to be.
While searching YouTube I found this great video produced by LinkedIn which shows the key areas and uses of LinkedIn groups.
