Michele's advice to Dawn was to create one-day events where she teaches three one hour segments – during the breaks between sessions – the participants apply what they've learned.

Michele also shared some strategies about how to get participants from the virtual day into higher level coaching programs.

I wanted to thank you and let you know how much I appreciated you selecting me to be one of your Hot Seat calls on the Friday webinar. The advice you gave me was spot-on! I have been struggling with creating some content and figuring out my funnel and suddenly everything just fell into place in my head and made so much sense. I went back to several of my product planning schemes and they would be absolutely perfect as TWO products instead of one. The first being the more general and suited to a multi-hour webinar / action product as you described and the second part being the upsell product for the specifics and nitty-gritty with all the details. And then the further upsell to a personal coaching package. So simple. It was what I really had and why it wasn't fitting into what I was trying to make it.
