I found this great picture that reminds me of the dock at my dads camp. Living in Louisiana the holidays approach with 60 degree weather, beautiful days and the longing to spend time with family and friends. My dad's camp is a place where I can go to spend time reflecting over the last year and relaxing.
I have to say that I love this time of the year. There are so many holidays being celebrated and people find it easier to be kind and caring. Most businesses are wrapping up their year and reflecting on what worked and what didn't.
Have you taken time this year to reflect and plan for next year? Mary Kay Ashe said that you must plan your work and work your plan. I know that for some this can be a busy time of year but I urge you to take some time to reflect on this year and make plans for next. If I can give you one piece of advice it is to find what worked for you and do it again next year if possible. Remember you don't have to re-invent the wheel just get out there and roll it. My success has been due to consistent and persistent implementation.
My blog has been quiet for the last few days and will be until next week so that I can take the time to reflect and plan. I am really looking forward to what will come of it. Hope you all are having a wonderful holiday season!

I love the week between Christmas and New Year – I find that is a great time for me to look back (and forward) and re-evaluate my plans for the new year. My New year’s Day is typically quiet, so that is a great day to put the operational plans into place.
Have a great holiday! Enjoy it and have a fantastic New year! Looking forward to seeing you in March.
Be Well.

Thanks Paul, I have been so busy today getting started in my re-evaluation of this year. I have to say it was really hard to get started after almost a week off but now that it is late at night I am finally in high gear. LOL That figures. Time to get some blogging done. It’s all worth it with great people checking it out like you. Thanks Paul!!
