Perfectionism can be an overpowering beast and when writing, whether it be a blog post or an article, perfectionism can stop you dead in your tracks.
Being a recovering perfectionist myself I completely understand the feeling that things have to be just right. I also know that a lot of the time it drove me to be a procrastinator if I felt that I couldn't do it just right. You too can stop procrastination.
I found the following video from EzineArticles.com which gives you several tips to overcome perfectionism when writing articles (which of course will apply to those of us who are bloggers as well).
It is important for us to remember that our blog and articles are just tools with which we provide valuable information, good content. People are willing to overlook a few grammatical errors when they are searching for the information you are sharing.
Great tip – create a time line for your writing.
