I am so thankful that as humans we have the ability, for the most part, to decide how we will live our lives! I feel blessed to live a life of decisive positive influence!

Business According to Michele

My beliefs are strong. I believe that you treat people the way you want to be treated and then some. I believe that going the extra mile is a way of life that is not to be questioned! You treat all people, whether they are customers, employees, friends or family with respect. I am a third generation entrepreneur and what I have been taught since birth is that customer service is your word! I think people appreciate a firm handshake (even from a woman) and for someone to look them in the eyes when they are speaking.

I understand that “bad” things happen in life but how you respond to those things is your choice. (My kids are really tired of hearing that one) I believe we learn from failure and I have done my share of learning. I also believe that success is attainable by all that are willing to keep going till they reach it. My expectations are high when it comes to life and business. I also believe that God gave us two ears and only one mouth for a reason. People want you to listen to them and hear what they are saying.

Life According to Michele

I understand that it takes work to maintain a positive outlook on life. I love to read positive books and listen to positive cd’s. In my late 20’s I made a conscious decision to change the direction of my life! I heard a man say “When you decide to take responsibility for your own life and problems then and only then can I help you!” He wasn’t actually speaking to me directly but that was the Ah-ha moment that changed my life! I made an important decision – I quite blaming the world for my problems, took responsibility and changed my life.

I also believe that you should never stop learning. I attend as many seminars, classes and tele-classes as I can each year. I have had great successes in my life. I have a wonderful marriage and two amazing teenage children! I have been blessed to be born into a family of entrepreneurs who believed in working hard and playing hard. So although I have worked all of my life (since I was old enough to stand on the stool and see over the counter so I could bag groceries), I have also traveled extensively which I love. I have owned, operated and sold multi-million dollar companies. I spent a few years in the corporate world (felt the need to use my accounting degree) and also spent many years in Direct Sales as a Mary Kay Sales Director. I love every aspect of business. I have written several books including “Makeover Your Business in 6 Weeks or Less”, “Take Action Get Profits: 5 Steps to Massive Online Visibility” and co-authored “Women Entrepreneur Extraordinaire”.

Michele’s Purpose

Besides my family I have one passion in life and that is to help other entrepreneurs achieve the success in business that they deserve! The number of businesses that fail every year is staggering and if I can share my knowledge with other business owners and help them to succeed I will have fulfilled my passion!
